Diluco 811 ES is a waterless, synthetic release agent for
casting complex functional and cosmetic castings which may
receive post treatment painting or plating. This product is specifically developed for tooling designed around waterless electrostatic/mist application where die temperatures are primarily controlled through internal regulation.

Diluco 811 ES is applied to the die surface utilizing an electrostatically charged fine mist. Because this product is waterless, there is no overcoming the steam barrier (Leidenfrost Effect) that is associated with conventional die lubricants, resulting in less waste and reduced thermal shock to the die tool
